Howie Hawkins, the Green Party candidate for Governor, will hold a news conference on Tues. Oct. 5th at 11 AM to release his plan on how to reduce local property taxes.

The press conference will take place in front on the Onondaga County Courthouse, 401 Montgomery St.

In case of rain, the event will take place at the Green Party office, 2617 South Salina Street, Syracuse.

Hawkins plan will address such issues as Medicaid and state revenue sharing as they relate to the local property tax burden.
