Will Hold News Conference in Albany on Thursday Sept. 30 at 12:30 PM in LCA Press Room

Howie Hawkins, the Green Party Nominee for Governor, will join with Warren Redlich, the Libertarian nominee, to call to open up the Gubernatorial debates to all candidates on the ballot.

The Libertarian and Green Party are the third and fourth largest national political parties in the US. Both have elected hundreds of candidates to offices, including here in NYS.

While Carl Paladino, the Republican nominee, says he supports open debates, Andrew Cuomo has refused to commit to either debates or whom will be included.

Earlier in the day, Redlich and Hawkins will appear together on WAMC at 10 AM and on Capitol Pressroom at 11:00 AM.
