Jay Gallagher and I will be speaking with 4 people on the program today, all of whom want to “reform” New York – Long Island Democrat Craig Johnson, NYPIRG’s Blair Horner, The Green Party’s candidate for Governor Howie Hawkins and Long Island Republican John Flanagan. The 4 want to reform New York in completely different ways, for example, Flanagan wants a wage freeze. Hawkins wants to fully fund public schools and Johnson wants independent redistricting.
