YNN: Seven candidates for governor to debate tonight |

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. -- All seven candidates in the race for governor will face off tonight in a much-anticipated debate at Hofstra University on Long Island.
The debate will include Democrat and front runner Andrew Cuomo, Republican Carl Paladino, Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins, Anti-Prohibition Party candidate and former "Manhattan madam" Kristin Davis, Freedom Party candidate Charles Barron, Libertarian Party candidate Warren Redlich, and Rent is 2 Damn High Party candidate Jimmy McMillian.
Cuomo has a sizable lead over the other candidates in several polls.
Tonight's debate will be seen exclusively across Upstate New York live on YNN at 7 p.m. It is being sponsored by Newsday and News 12 Long Island and will run for 90 minutes. There will also be a half-hour post show analysis immediately following the debate.
