The Green Party candidates for governor and U.S. senator will make campaign appearances in Corning and Ithaca on Saturday.

Gubernatorial candidate Howie Hawkins and Senate candidates Colia Clark and Cecile Lawrence will be at the Bernie Milton Pavilion in the Ithaca Commons from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

The trio will appear at Centerway Square in Corning from 4 to 9 p.m.

The three candidates plan to push for a ban on hydrofracking in New York, and instead advocate development of clean, sustainable energy sources.
